NOAC – National Order of the Arrow Conference

Join Witauchsoman and the other 250 Lodges in our Nation for NOAC! – The BEST National Boy Scout event there is.
Trip includes:
- National OA conference fee for the week at NOAC (housing in a college dorm, food, shows, training, etc.)
- Air transportation to and from the event (we will travel together as a Lodge contingent, you may not travel separately)
- $100 in cash given back for meals on travel days on the bus
- Lodge NOAC patches/flaps (includes rare delegate flaps – 2 per person)
- Lodge NOAC T-Shirts
- Lodge Nametag for uniform
- Lodge contingent digital photo

Payment Schedule, each payment must be received by the below due date:
- Payment 1 – Due by October 31, 2023 – $500
- Payment 2 – Due by November 30, 2023 – $500
- Payment 3 – Due by December 31, 2023 – $500
- Payment 4 – Due by January 31, 2024 – $300

Failure to keep up with payments will result in your slot opening up to the next person on the waiting list. Contingent slots are limited!
Fundraising opportunities are available, we have had youth fund raise all costs in past events.
Refunds:
Planning for NOAC is a very detailed process. Payments for the conference fee to National, transportation, and related costs are made many months before the actual trip and are often non-refundable. If for some reason you find that you are no longer able to attend NOAC, notice must be made in writing via email to: noac@witauchsoman.org by December 31, 2023. We appreciate your understanding.
Additional spending money is suggested for special NOAC items sold at the NOAC Trading Post. You can also pre-order online after April 1st via: tradingpost.oa-bsa.org
NOTE: All participants will be required to submit forms and payments on time or you will be removed from the contingent and your deposit will not be refunded.
YOUTH Scholarship Opportunities
Youth contingent members under the age of 21 may apply for 2 scholarships to help with a portion of the cost to attend NOAC.
